Product Return Policy
You can return a product if:
- The product has been sold at a price higher than its MRP
- The product is within one month of/beyond the expiry date
- The product’s packaging is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery (i.e. manufacturing defect)
- The wrong product was delivered to you
Return Timeline: You can return a product within one week from the date of delivery
For a product to be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The purchase reference (bill/mobile number) must be provided
- Product exchange
- Points credited to your Enrich Wallet
- Enrich Cash
- Amount refunded to your original mode of payment
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or product(s) you want to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can easily cancel your order on the app in the My Orders section. If you are unable to do this, please reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to your Enrich Wallet or to your original mode of payment after the cancellation request has been processed.
Cancellation post shipment: We do not accept post-dispatch cancellations of orders.
Failure to deliver: In case there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address and you are not reachable, the order will be taken back, and the refund will be credited to your Enrich Wallet only.
