Terms & conditions
- This is a request to book. No discount or offer applies to it.
- The offer period is from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both days included.
- The offer is open to all customers paying ₹3,999 or a multiple of it on a single bill at any Enrich salon in India.
- A maximum of 3 spins is allowed per bill, and an amount below ₹3,999 does not entitle the customer to a spin.
- Spins are counted on the amount actually paid, after any discount and including tax. Separate bills cannot be combined.
- Gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equivalent nature at Enrich's discretion. The gift pool shown may change during the offer period.
- A spin, and any gift won, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
- If the gift is available at the salon, it will be handed over at the time of the spin, against the bill on which the spin was earned.
- If a gift is not available at the salon at the time of the spin, the salon will record the winner's contact details and the Enrich team will contact them within 15 days. The gift must be collected within 15 days of being contacted.
- Vouchers and products from other brands will be sent to the registered mobile number or email id, by WhatsApp or SMS, and their use is subject to the terms and validity set by the issuing brand.
- Enrich Points will be credited to the Enrich account registered against the bill, and are governed by the Enrich Points terms, including their validity.
- GST or any other applicable tax on the gift will be borne by the winner.
- By accepting the gift, the winner gives consent to Enrich to shoot content which can be used for promotion purposes, including digital amplification through Enrich's official social media handles.
- All third-party logos, trademarks and brand names shown are the property of their respective brand owners. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with Enrich.
- Enrich's decision on the conduct of the offer and its winners is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
- Employees of Enrich and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Jackpot gift.
- Enrich may modify, extend, suspend or withdraw this offer, including its eligibility criteria, without prior notice.
- This offer is valid till 31 December 2026.
