What is the Enrich Membership Program?
A loyalty program that gives members exclusive benefits — discounts on services, Enrich Points on retail products, exclusive offers, and tier-based privileges.
How long is my membership valid?
All Enrich memberships — Classic, Select, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Are my benefits valid at all Enrich salons?
Yes. Your membership benefits apply at all Zion & Enrich salons.
When do I receive my Enrich Points?
Enrich Points are credited within 2 days of an eligible transaction.
Are membership benefits transferable?
No. Membership benefits are linked to your registered mobile number and are non-transferable.
What happens to the wallet balance after expiry?
Wallet balances expire automatically at the end of 12 months.
Can discounts be combined with other offers?
Some promotions don't allow stacking. Check with the salon team during your visit.
What if my Enrich Points don't reflect?
Contact your nearest Enrich salon or call Reach Enrich at +91 1800 266 5300. Enrich Points will be reviewed and corrected if applicable.
What if I change my mobile number?
Your membership is linked to the number you registered with. It cannot be changed or transferred to another number.
Can I pause or extend my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused, extended, or frozen for any reason.
Difference between Enrich Points and Enrich Cash?
Enrich Points are rewards earned on product purchases and bonuses. Enrich Cash (wallet credit) is prepaid spend usable on services and products. Both are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I renew my membership before 12 months?
Your membership is valid for 365 days. You can renew up to 30 days before the end date or within 30 days after.
Will I get cashback on services?
No. You receive a discount on services, not cashback.
Can I enjoy tier benefits without buying a Value Package?
Yes. Higher-tier benefits apply on your spend over the past 12 months, as well as on the purchase of a Value Package.
Tier Reclassification
Why did my tier change after renewal?
Your tier is linked to your active spend. Based on your spend pattern over the past 12 months, you're auto-assigned: Classic (₹0–₹10,000), Select (₹10,001–₹25,000), Silver (₹25,001–₹50,000), Gold (₹50,001–₹1,00,000), Platinum (₹1,00,001–₹2,00,000). Spend above ₹2,00,000 stays Platinum, with benefits capped at the Platinum level for that cycle.
I purchased a Value Package. How will my tier change?
Your tier is assigned or upgraded immediately based on the package value, and remains active until expiry. To unlock a higher tier, purchase a higher-value package.
Will I get upgraded if my spend is more?
Yes. You move up to the higher tier based on your spend pattern and enjoy the benefits until the expiry date.
Can I stay in the Gold tier if my Gold package is over?
Yes. The Gold tier stays active until its expiry date, 12 months from the purchase date.
If I buy two ₹25,000 Value Packages, will I become Gold?
No. Tier classification is based on a single package value, not the combined value of multiple packages. Silver needs ₹25,000, Gold ₹50,000 and Platinum ₹1,00,000, so two Silver packages do not qualify as Gold and two Gold packages do not qualify as Platinum.

Will my service discount apply to all services?
Most services are included. Some outsourced/partner services or promotional items may be excluded.
What happens if I finish my package early?
You may upgrade to another package at any time to continue enjoying tier benefits.
Do package benefits expire?
Yes. All package-linked benefits — discounts, points, and wallet credit — expire when your membership expires.
Are my points valid if I don't have an active package?
Yes, until each batch reaches its individual expiry date.
Does my tier reduce if I only partially use my package?
No. The membership tier remains the same until the expiry date.

- Membership Tiers & Validity
- Enrich offers five tiers: Classic (Paid Membership), Select, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Select, Silver, Gold and Platinum are reached by spend, or immediately on purchase of a Value Package of that value on the Enrich app, on the website, or at any salon. Platinum is the top tier: spend above its ₹2,00,000 band stays Platinum, with benefits capped at the Platinum level for that cycle. All memberships are valid for 12 months from activation.
- Pricing & Wallet Credits
- Classic: ₹1,250 + GST (no wallet credit, 1,500 points after 3rd visit). Select: ₹10,000 credit + 1,000 points (30% value). Silver: ₹25,000 credit + 3,000 points (32% value). Gold: ₹50,000 credit + 5,000 points (35% value). Platinum: ₹1,00,000 credit + 10,000 points (40% value). Wallet credit is added instantly and valid 12 months. Points are added within 2 days and valid 75 days.
- Service Discounts
- Classic / Select / Silver: 20% on all services. Gold: 25%. Platinum: 30%. Discounts apply only to eligible services billed under the member's registered number.
- Product Benefits
- Enrich Points back on retail products: Classic / Select / Silver 20%, Gold 25%, Platinum 30%. Points reflect in your account within 2 days of purchase.
- Enrich Points Terms
- Can be used on services and products. 1 point = ₹1.00 on services, ₹0.25 on products. Valid for 75 days. Points can be redeemed against up to 50% of the invoice value. Promotional blackout dates may apply. Non-transferable, non-refundable. Cannot be redeemed against membership purchases.
- Enrich Cash (Value Package) Terms
- Valid 12 months from activation. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Usable on services and products. Balance lapses on expiry. Cannot be converted to cash.
- Cooldown Periods
- A membership or Value Package can be bought again only after its cooldown has passed: Classic 365 days, Select 30 days, Silver 90 days, Gold 120 days, Platinum 180 days.
- Cancellation, Refunds & Transferability
- Memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded. Benefits are non-transferable. No partial refunds for unused benefits.
- Fair Usage & Misuse
- Enrich may revoke or suspend a membership if fraudulent activity is detected, excessive redemption occurs, or terms are violated.
- Limitations
- Enrich is not responsible for credits missed because of an incorrect mobile number, technical delays in points posting, or membership benefits that go unused.
- Changes to Program
- Enrich reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, or terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
