Being my first time visit, I had a wonderful experience at the JP Nagar Enrich Salon today. I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Sunaram(Sagar)for his exceptional service. He was extremely professional, patient, and attentive throughout the appointment. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who combines skill with such a warm and friendly attitude. Had a great experience at Enrich Salon JP Nagar. Went in with my mom for haircut and colour. Was extremely happy with the end results for both of us! Manoj and Prakash did a great job on me and my mom’s hair. Both of them took time to explain every detail and every product they used on us. Special mention to Manoj for recommending an amazing highlight colour combo and taking that extra effort to style my hair afterwards!

Big thanks to Prakash , who did an amazing job with my haircut , he really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions based on my hair type. He also suggested me a better haircare routine for my hair’s wellbeing. I have long, wavy hair, and he handled it so well, adding the perfect layers without compromising the length. The finish looked very natural and voluminous. Super happy with the haircut. It came out just as how I had envisioned.
