Hi Enrich Kammanahalli Team, I recently visited your salon and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, largely thanks to my stylist Karthik. Karthik was wonderful to work with! Since I had no clear idea of what I wanted, he took the time to understand my hair type and suggested long layers at the back with layered fringes in the front — exactly matching the reference image I had. His expertise and attention to detail really showed in the final result. He also went above and beyond by recommending a shampoo switch to help manage my frizzy hair, which I truly appreciated. That said, I did want to flag a small concern around pricing transparency. I came in after seeing an Instagram offer for ₹575, but upon arrival I was informed that the offer covered only the haircut — hairwash before and blowdry after were not included. The final bill came to ₹1,225. While I understand these may be separate services, it would be really helpful if the social media promotions clearly mentioned what is and isn't included, so customers can plan accordingly and avoid any surprises at checkout. Overall, great experience with Karthik and I'd definitely return. Just a small improvement in communication around offers would make the experience even better! Thank you 😊
