I got my haircut and hair wash done, and the entire experience was seamless and delightful. A special mention to Ayesha, the receptionist, who was extremely kind and helpful with scheduling my appointment, and Javed, my hairstylist, who did a fabulous job. He instantly understood the look I was going for and executed it with absolute perfection and professionalism. From the moment you start doing the service you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about giving you the best possible result. He takes the time to understand what you’re looking for while also guiding you with his expertise which makes a huge difference. His work with haircuts and hair colour is honestly outstanding. There’s a certain finesse and attention to detail that ensures everything looks effortless yet perfectly put together. You walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. What I personally look forward to the most, though, are his head massages and the physio scrub treatments they are truly next level. So relaxing and something that turns a regular salon visit into a complete selfcare experience. Beyond his skills Javed is such a kind and warm person. Always smiling always welcoming and someone who instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
