Enrich Tilaknagar Nagar Branch... I had an absolutely wonderful experience and would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. Sarvesh Chavan did a fabulous job with my haircut and global hair colour. The blend of brown on grey hair and the beautiful mix of brown and red on the lengths turned out stunning. I received so many lovely compliments. He styled my hair with tongs twice on two different occasions..each time to perfection, truly elevating my look. He made my anniversary and my husband’s birthday extra special. Even my husband’s hairstyle was done flawlessly by him. A special mention to Sarita, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate all my last-minute appointments and graciously stayed till 10 pm. I am truly grateful for her dedication and warm hospitality. Deepa Thorat provided an excellent waxing service. However, I did experience some boils on my hands and legs, which fortunately subsided within 24 hours. As a suggestion, I would highly recommend introducing Rica White Chocolate Wax, as my skin is quite sensitive to the current brand and tends to develop red, urticaria-like bumps. I personally loved the Tilak Nagar ambience more than Ambedkar Chembur and Classic Coral. The credit goes to Sarita, Manager for handling every client with such kindness, grace and cooperation, it truly reflects in the overall experience. I would also like to appreciate one of your staff members (an elderly gentleman Kaka ) who was diligently cleaning mirrors and wiping the floors. Though I couldn’t recall his name, his sincerity and dedication truly stood out. I gave him a small token of appreciation as a gesture of respect for his hard work.
