I went in with a general idea of what I wanted—a cool-toned, rich mocha/dark chestnut brown—and had even pre-selected Majirel 5.8. Kapil really took the time to listen, but more importantly, he educated me. He suggested switching to Inoa 5.18, explaining that the ".1" (ash) would be crucial for maintaining those cool tones and preventing the color from turning too warm. I’ve always had a hard time getting color to show up on my dark hair without heavy processing, so when he said he’d achieve this using only a 20 vol developer, I was honestly a bit doubtful. However, I trusted his expertise—and I’m so glad I did! As soon as we washed it off, I was obsessed. The color is absolutely perfect. It looks incredibly rich, premium, and suits my face shape and skin undertones perfectly. It’s exactly the "cool mocha" look I was going for. Kapil is a total magician with hair! He’s already mentioned a new 12.1 shade for next time that sounds trendy and unique, so I will definitely be back in his chair soon. As a busy working professional, these are not just transactions but an opportunity to rest and relax and Florian really gives you an opportunity to do that. Just chill and let them pamper you.
